Mum & Baby Pilates:
11-12pm Mondays @ St Werburghs Community Centre, Horley Road, Bristol BS2 -9TJ
One to ones and small groups:
One to one at my home studio (Easton, Bristol) or at client's home/ venue of choice
One to two as above
Power Pilates: A strong flow of exercises designed to stretch, strengthen and lengthen the body, targeting the deep abdominal muscles to achieve a stronger core, improved muscle tone, leaner muscle mass and increased flexibility. This class is aimed at people who have practiced Pilates before or who have a good level of fitness. It also complements other practices and sports such as yoga, dance, running etc particularly well providing a sound sequence of conditioning exercises to avoid the risk of injury and ultimately improve performance and body awareness.
Mum & Baby Pilates: This class is aimed at new mums and designed to assist with regaining core strength, improving overall muscle tone as well as stretching tight muscles and increasing flexibility - the focus is on the mums but classes are adapted to ensure the babies get plenty of attention too. Group mat classes: £8 class (£6 for concessions) or book via MoveGB
One to one: £40 / 1hr class (£30 for concessions)
One to two: £20 / 1hr class / person
Small group classes: price on request
One to one classes available in Italian and French if requested.
